Maintenance Tips - Delphinium

This time of the year, the spent flowers on Delphinium tend to be more of an eye sore than beautiful...🙂

The time to deadhead Delphinium is when the plant develops new growth at the base of the thicker stalks with the spent flowers. Simply cut those thicker stems down to just above the ground. Depending on the length of the growing season, you may or may not get another round of blooms!
