With Old Man Winter knocking on our door, now is a good time to begin the process of planning next year's garden. It seems early, but leaves one with enough time to research new plant varieties, garden layouts, and possibly a stronger artillery to defeat any disease or pest problems that came to light during the past growing season. Early planning can help increase the overall production and may even leave you feeling ahead of the game!
